Limited releases, collaborations, or special drops may also be offered.
When applicable, specific details regarding production time, customization, or availability are specified in the product description.
Products may be offered in different formats: • In-stock products • Pre-order products • Made-to-order or custom products
The Site offers clothing, accessories and design objects under the FYSU brand.
Prices
FYSU reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and vary depending on the delivery destination.
For customers located within the European Union, prices include VAT where applicable.
Product prices are displayed in the local currency of the visitor, depending on geolocation.
Payment terms
The following payment methods are accepted: • Credit and debit cards • PayPal • Apple Pay • Google Pay • Klarna (when available)
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.
Payments are processed through secure payment systems provided by Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
Orders are considered final only after full payment has been successfully received.
Delivery
FYSU cannot be held responsible for delays caused by: • shipping carriers • customs procedures • force majeure events
For orders shipped outside the seller’s country, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Risk transfers to the Customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders are shipped from Belgium and delivered within Europe.
Estimated delivery times are: • Europe: between 2 and 14 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers may return products without providing a reason.

However, the following conditions apply.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Return instructions and the return address in Brussels, Belgium will be provided by email.

Returned items must be: • new • unworn • unwashed • returned in their original packaging
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Sale items • Products purchased during special events (private sales, flash sales, collaborations, limited drops) • Made-to-order or customized products
Exceptions
Returns and refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Returns that do not meet the required conditions (damaged, worn, washed, or incomplete packaging) may be refused or partially refunded.
Legal guarantee
Customers located within the European Union benefit from the legal guarantees provided by Belgian and European consumer law, including: • the legal guarantee of conformity • the guarantee against hidden defects If a product is defective or not compliant with the order, FYSU will offer, where possible: • replacement • repair • or refund at no additional cost to the Customer.
Limitation of liability
In any case, the liability of FYSU shall be limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
FYSU shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of products sold on the Site, including but not limited to: • loss of business • loss of profit • loss of opportunity • loss of data
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
Consumers within the European Union may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
If no amicable solution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
Territorial Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through www.fysu.eu, including orders made by customers outside Belgium, to the extent permitted by applicable local laws.
FYSU reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when legal, logistical, or regulatory constraints prevent delivery to certain countries.
